1. Private Beta Scope
Inbrix is currently operating an invite-only private beta. Submitting a private-beta request indicates interest in participating but does not create a customer account, form a service contract, or guarantee access to the platform. We reserve the right to accept or decline requests at our sole discretion.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
Email deliverability relies on mutual trust. All participants in the Inbrix private beta must strictly adhere to the following rules. You agree that you will not use Inbrix to:
- Send unsolicited bulk commercial email, spam, or mass cold marketing campaigns
- Engage in phishing, spoofing, impersonation, or social engineering attacks
- Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious payloads
- Violate applicable telecommunications, privacy, or anti-spam regulations (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, or GDPR)
- Harass, threaten, or defame any person or organization
* Any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy results in immediate revocation of access and domain suspension.
3. Service Availability and Modifications
The private beta is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis for testing and evaluation purposes. Features, interfaces, and quotas may change as the product evolves. While we work diligently to maintain high availability and deliverability, we do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted uptime during the preview phase.
4. Intellectual Property & Domain Control
You retain all right, title, and interest in and to your domain names, trademarks, business identity, and the content of your communications. Inbrix does not claim ownership over any domain connected to the service.
