Your domain remains under your control
Inbrix is an email software layer, not a domain registrar. Your domain stays registered with your chosen provider (Cloudflare, Namecheap, GoDaddy, Porkbun, etc.). You retain absolute ownership and can revoke or modify DNS records at any time.
No silent overwrites of existing email setups
When onboarding a domain, Inbrix inspects existing records first. If existing mail configuration or MX records are detected, Inbrix will never silently overwrite or purge them. All configuration changes must be reviewed and confirmed.
Complete setup visibility and status verification
Every required DNS record—including MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC—has an explicit status indicator. You can verify that records are correctly propagated before any outbound mail is sent, protecting your domain's delivery reputation.
Account isolation and immutable audit logging
Customer data is logically partitioned with strict tenant isolation. Sensitive administrative events—such as DNS modifications, domain verifications, and mailbox provisioning—are recorded in append-only audit logs.
